Built during the second half of the nineteenth century, it has a lookout tower with a majolica covered dome, surmounted by a weather vane. Originally, the ground floor was designed as a casino and games room, grocery store, warehouse and bedrooms.

Social gatherings were organized by the Lamarque family, former owners of the place and people arrived in their carts and carriages, dressed in their frock coats and top hats.
